The TOY/STATUE is in PERFECT condition as it has never been out of the original box. The box however has sustained a little bit of damage over the years, but nothing major. Any indications can be seen from the images provided.

This toy is part of a collectors series and they are VERY RARE to find, especially in this MINT/PERFECT condition. You can press the button (even when in box, see the hole?) and Marino talks about his success as a Quarterback for the Miami Dolphins. This toy is probably about 10 years old. And everything still works perfectly.
